How does a Skin booster work?
Hyaluronic acid is injected into the skin, where it acts by absorbing moisture and providing deep hydration. Once injected, it helps the skin retain water, which improves elasticity and texture. Skin boosters also stimulate collagen and elastin production, gradually rejuvenating the skin, smoothing fine lines, and enhancing overall quality. This treatment works naturally from within, enhancing the skin’s appearance without adding volume or altering facial contours.
What can I expect?
It is a minimally invasive procedure with no down time. During a skin booster treatment, hyaluronic acid is injected into the deeper layers of the skin to promote hydration and rejuvenation. A difference will be visible immediately, but for optimal results, it’s recommended to undergo a series of sessions, typically spaced four weeks apart. In general, 2 sessions are suggested every 6-8 months. You may experience mild redness or swelling at the injection sites, which usually resolves within a few days, while improvements in skin texture and radiance develop gradually.
